French's Meat is currently hiring a meat grinder and packager. Must be able to lift 60 + lb. cases of beef, you will be literally lifting 50-60 lb. luggers over your head into a grinder. This is a physically demanding job, you must be able to stand and work on your feet for long periods of time and be able to lift heavy boxes. You will be working with large grinders and bagging beef at a somewhat fast pace, must be able to comprehend job duties in a relatively short amount of time. Must be able to work independently as well as with a team, the right candidate will have a strong sense of urgency when needed. We are looking for someone reliable and dependable because this shift relies on everyone working together to process our outgoing orders in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to
grinding beef - many different blends of beef
packaging/boxing burger and patties
clean and sanitize work station and equipment
Shift is Monday thru Friday 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. (or until finished)
Experience preferred but will train the right person
Able to work independently as well as a team
Authorized to work in the US
$19.00 per hour or higher based on experience
