APARTMENT maintenance techs needed for an apartment community in the Phoenix, NV area this is a full time position.
Must own basic tools and reliable transportation.
Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping property in excellent condition, both inside and out. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, highly customer focused, have technical skills working with or knowledge of plumbing, construction, handyman work, electric, appliance repair. Looking for responsible and dependable individuals with dependable transportation.
Knowledge of “make ready”apartment turns with good time management and communication skills, must be able to complete a unit turn in a timely fashion.
You will perform interior and exterior preventative maintenance repair including but not limited to general maintenance requests, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, must have some appliance experience, and be able to keep working area clear of debris.
Must have basic personal basic tools to complete task requirements, including but not limited to a hammer, screwdriver, drill, wrench, tape measure. (Only basic tools required).
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Must be punctual and responsible -only serious minded hardworking individuals need apply.
