Maintenance Tech for busy facilities maintenance company with plumbing, light electrical and general handyman experience. This is for commercial buildings and 1-2 years previous experience is preferred. Experience with using cell-phone Apps is important as this is a daily function of your job to check in and out of APPS.
IMPORTANT: We utilize Apps for our clients to check in and out of jobs utilizing an Android phone. Iphones do not work. You need to be a motivated self starter that is well organized. You MUST have your own tools and a reliable vehicle. This position requires you to go to several clients each day to perform handyman or plumbing-type work for their facility.
