Monster Security and Technology is looking for a motivated and highly experienced technician to join our dynamic team as an Ops Manager willing to fill all positions from Lead Tech and up. We are a true low voltage integration company that specializes in A/V, Access, CCTV, Intrusion, Intercom and more. The candidate we are looking for is looking for a challenging position to help take the company to new heights with the ability to wear many hats.
Need to have experience with jobs ranging from small 4 camera residential installation to giant commercial full low voltage installations.

- Can read and interpret construction plans.
- Can design and implement low voltage systems.
- Has experience in installing and programming alarms, CCTV, Access Control and more.
- Has experience installing or servicing at lease (1) or more of the following product lines; Honeywell, DSC, Bosch, Resideo, 2GIG, Exacq, Alarm.com, Door King, HID, Aiphone, Assa Abloy, and more.
Responsibilities:
-Install and Service new and existing Systems listed above
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues with multiple low voltage systems
-Installing electrified door hardware, including door strikes, Mag locks, hinges, and crash bars.
-Installing, cabling and programming CCTV Systems.
-Conduct routine preventative maintenance on all systems.
-Monitor inventory of service parts, follow directions and expectations to be a successful part of a team.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Willingness to learn new product and drive to be a successful part of our team.
Requirements:
-3 or more years experience as an install or service technician with Low Voltage
-Must be able to pass pre-employment background check & drug test
-Valid Arizona Driver's license with a good driving record
-Must be 21 years or older to drive our commercial vehicle
