LOOKING FOR COMMERCIAL HVAC ELECTRICAL OR PLUMBING PARTNER
I am a Commercial and Residential General Contractor & I also own a Mechanical company that holds licenses in HVAC, ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING. I mostly focus on HVAC.
I am looking to expand revenues for HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing into the commercial space. Like HVAC, I find qualified contractors that ARE NOT licensed or only have a license for Residential, and we partner for that trade/market for Commercial projects.
HOW IT WORKS
I hold licenses for Commercial & Residential (DUAL) in the following trades:
GC (KB1)
PLUMBING
ELECTRICAL
HVAC
EV CHARGING
WINDOWS & DOORS
FRAMING
ROOFING
SOLAR
We come to an agreement split profits on projects/contracts that we win
The contractor is responsible for chasing the work
This is not a job. Its a partnership. The profit split is based on contract amount
The person has to have experience bidding on commercial and gov't jobs
