Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape lead and laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and ensuring the health and aesthetics of our customers lawns. This role involves hands-on work in various landscaping tasks, including tree care, lawn care, and general groundskeeping. The Landscape lead will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial properties. The laborer role will be to assist the lead.
Duties
Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to ensure a well-groomed appearance.
Execute tree care activities, including pruning, planting, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth.
Oversee irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns, adjusting as necessary based on weather conditions.
Assist in the design and installation of new landscape features, including gardens and hardscapes.
Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to identify issues such as pests or diseases and take appropriate action.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while providing leadership and supervision when required.
