Inside HVAC Service Support/Customer Service:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proposal & Bid Management: Prepare, organize, and submit accurate and competitive proposals.
Order Tracking: Monitor orders from placement to fulfillment, providing timely updates to customers and sales teams.
Delivery Coordination: Work with suppliers, carriers, and customers to schedule and confirm on-time deliveries.
Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain databases, ensuring accurate tracking of proposals, orders, and follow-ups.
Sales & Operations Support: Provide high level of service to internal and external customers.
Utilize applicable sales tools and CRM’s to track and effectively develop sales opportunities
Ability to establish customer rapport with effective questioning techniques to identify the prospect's needs, budget, decision-making process, timeline, and next steps.
Administrative Assistance: Provide additional support as needed to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience in HVAC is a plus, but not required
Experience with order management systems a plus
