We are looking specifically for experienced, talented residential HVAC lead installers who are capable of installing and commissioning communicating, high-efficient equipment. We will pay TOP DOLLAR, and we always have plenty of work. We are only getting busier. We have many residential system replacements waiting for excellent installers who are looking for work.
This is a 1099 position that could lead to full time employment if both parties are interested. In the meantime, we will require a W9 and certificate of insurance for 1099 installers.
This position pays qualified applicants an hourly base of at least $50/hr on a 1099 basis. Applicants must be able to furnish W9 and certificate of insurance.
Installers who consistently demonstrate excellent quality of work will be eligible to earn SIGNIFICANTLY more than this through Performance Based Pay.
We sell Trane, Bosch and Daikin communicating systems in traditional gas/electric and heat pump applications. We typically sell and install the best possible equipment available, so we have an extremely high expectation of quality on our installations.
Successful applicants to this position will be EPA certified, preferably hold additional industry certifications as well, have several years of residential HVAC experience and will already know how to install practically every piece of equipment that we sell. Proficiency in commissioning systems with communicating thermostats is absolutely essential.
