Peterson Air Care & Home Services is looking for an AC installer to join our team.
We are rapidly growing, as such this is a high opportunity position for a highly motivated motivated individual looking to advance their career through the summer of 2024 and beyond.
You should have: HVAC retrofit install experience (either as a lead or high performing assistant), and drivers license with driving record capable of being insured to operate a company vehicle.
As things stand you will be part of a 3 man install department. Pay dependent skills and experience. Ideal candidates able to work as a lead installer on both package unit and split system installs when/as required. In most cases expect to be working as part of a team working to perform high quality installs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Family run shop with a loyal and dedicated customer base, first job of the day is dispatched to you the night before, start from the shop with the days equipment, provide great service, meetings few and far between, year round work smiles all around
