Lead Control Technician (Hourly Wage negotiable depending on skill level)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Controls Technician to oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) on construction projects. The Lead Controls Technician will lead a team of on-site technicians to ensure all control systems are properly integrated, functioning according to specifications, and ready for handover to the client, including thorough documentation and quality control throughout the process.
Novar, Johnson, Honeywell BACnet N4 and Tridium experience is a serious plus. Need applicants willing to start soon due to workload.
Duties:
Coordinate/supervise installation sub-contractors schedule and scope of work to ensure successful completion.
Develop and execute detailed commissioning plans, including functional testing, sequence of operations, point-to-point verification, and system calibration for BMS systems.
Lead on-site commissioning activities, including wiring, termination, point- to-point verification, and system integration with other building systems (HVAC, lighting, security).
Interpret blueprints and other technical documents and explain them to on- site Controls Technicians.
Provide day-to-day technical coaching and support to on-site Controls Technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring efficient project execution.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and customers to address concerns, clarify requirements, and facilitate smooth projects.
Electrician For EMS 2-to-3-year experience: (Hourly Wage negotiable depending on skill level)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the shift supervisor, this person will be broad responsibility for troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, and working on a variety of different equipment
This person will need to work with the production and maintenance team to communicate

Applicant to start soon due to so much backlog Pipe building skills and can work with minimal direction following blueprints or direction from the PM. In commercial building, schools, office buildings.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an installation electrician in
a manufacturing environment. Experience in HVAC BMS, Installing low voltage wire, wire termination,
Installation of Electrical raceways and Electrical code.

Experienced EMS Service Tech:
Responsibilities
Provides service on installed Building Automation and Control Systems and associated integrated systems
Provides installation of Building Automation Systems including electrical, end-to-end checks, startup and commissioning
May also assist Building Automation Install Crew with duties related to installing and when needed, repairing DDC and pneumatic building controls, sensors, dampers, actuators and related wires and lines
Installing and modifying related material including associated low voltage communication wiring, conduit and other various building automation needs
Work associated with control devices, fixtures and equipment for a variety of commercial and industrial uses, primarily in the smart building control and lighting segments of the automation industry
Analyzes, diagnoses and repairs building automation control systems at
customer’s location
Performs preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications as needed or requested by customers
Performs end-to-end testing, starting up, commissioning and servicing on assigned projects, including wiring and control panels of these systems
Performs day-to-day operations of building operations systems including HVAC systems as needed for customer site
Uses a variety of hand tools, interpreting control drawings, Mechanical and Electrical plans and specifications to mount, assemble, test and program the system
Coordinates site work with electrical installers, other site contractors and company technicians
Performs installation of low voltage communication and power wiring systems including conduit, wire and terminations
Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining the building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on- site work as necessary
Maintains assigned stock of inventory, company equipment and documents all related activities
Provides training and follow-up training at customer site
Documents work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress and duration and maintaining files
Records parts, material, labor and other cost data per assignment and returns unused resources
Represents company by serving as direct customer contact
Keeps current on products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service and repairs of direct digital control systems
Regular travel is required with the flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary
Adheres and compliments with all safety requirements
Does monthly and quarterly pm and back-up on sites with maintenance contract
