ECSW is Hiring: Full Time- Commercial Wallcovering Professional
Specifically, a wallcovering pro with some basic painting skills.

ECSW bids a TON of wallcovering. We seek to perform these scopes "in-house" to be able to better serve our clients, but there is not quite enough for a full time installer yet. So, the plan would be, between wallcovering to utilize your painting skills, until we do. We are open to the idea of you training a few of our key members on some basics, with a vision of making them part of your crew under the ECSW umbrella.
We have some projects ready ASAP.

Payroll paid every Friday via automatic bank deposits (taxes withheld.)
ECSW will provide any heavy equipment needed.
Your Qualifications:
-E-VERIFY/I-9
-experience in commercial painting/WC install (heavy vinyl)
-Strong attention to safety, speed and quality
-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-Passing criminal background checks (Both employer and performed by various municipal projects)
-Consistent skills of a professional
Responsibilities:
-Apply paint, stains, WC and coatings to a variety of commercial surfaces, interiors/exteriors
-Follow all ECSW safety protocols and ensure proper use of equipment
-Maintain organized workspaces and ensure high-quality finishes
-Communicate effectively with project managers and team members (bilingual is preferred)
ECSW will provide all PPE and all safety training.
