Family owned company looking for lead and helper for residential/light commercial installs. None of the “big” company drawbacks ie: daily meetings, micro managing, etc.
Lead installer must have minimum 2 yrs experience.
We can train helper but experience is a plus!
Candidates must be clean cut and presentable, show up on time every day, be polite and respectful of the customer and their property, be efficient and complete job in a timely manner, take care of the van and when it needs maintenance - let us know so we can get it taken care of.
Take home 2021 Van, iPhone, iPad and gas card. No “over working” our guys. We realize how hard installs can be in the summer. Minimum
32 hours per week paid. Paid in winter months even if you work 15 hours you still get paid for 32 a week.
We have amazing and friendly customers who love us!
$25-$40 an hour.
