Mill Mechanic
As a Mill Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery in our Concentrator. Your expertise with systems like crushers, ball mills, and centrifugal pumps will be vital in ensuring smooth operations. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance.
Performing structural repairs, including welding (Stick, TIG).
Operating various equipment (forklifts, cranes, pneumatic tools).
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Working rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
Proficient in gear/shaft alignment, mobile crane operation, and welding.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Diesel Mechanic
As a Diesel Mechanic, you will handle all maintenance activities for mobile heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance in our mining operations. Your tasks will include:
Rebuilding and troubleshooting components on mining equipment.
Diagnosing hydraulic and electrical systems.
Conducting repairs on large diesel engines and brake systems.
Utilizing maintenance diagnostic systems and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications:
5+ years of related experience or 7 years with an associate's degree.
Certification as a Journeyman Diesel Mechanic preferred.
Strong analytical skills and ability to follow safety procedures.
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
