Job Summary: Meat Grinding Systems Operator
As a Meat Grinding Systems Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial-sized machinery used to grind meat in food processing facilities. This role involves handling the setup, operation, and adjustment of meat grinding machines, which can process up to 1000 lbs of meat at a time, ensuring efficient and safe processing of meat products. You will monitor the grinding process to ensure the meat is ground to the correct consistency and meets quality standards, including checking for any contamination or defects. Regular maintenance and cleaning of the grinding equipment are crucial to prevent breakdowns and ensure hygiene standards are met. This involves disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling parts of the machinery.
