We are a reputable company specializing in the repair and maintenance of automated and manual gates. Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gate Repair/Sales Technician to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with automated and manual gates, conducting routine maintenance, and installing new gate systems for our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve problems with automated and manual gates, including motors, openers, and access control systems.
Execute regular maintenance procedures on automated and manual gates to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan.
Install new automated and manual gate systems, including the wiring and programming of access control systems.
Deliver excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients in person and over the phone throughout the repair and installation process.
Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and installations, including a comprehensive inventory of parts and equipment used.
Sales experience is essential; however, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
We offer a competitive hourly rate with commission and overtime opportunities. As part of our benefits package, a company vehicle will be provided for work-related travel, along with a gas card. Additionally, we provide health, dental, and vision insurance.
