Garage floor coating installers & Lead Technician wanted. This job is Full time and permanent. If you do not have reliable transportation and or cannot get to our shop by 5:00 AM Please do not respond. Details matter, we are on time every time when we head to the job. Being late is not an option so again, if you cannot be at our shop on time with reliable transportation, Please do not respond. If you have no experience, Please do not respond, if you cannot pass a drug test, please do not respond. We do fantastic floors and want to continue to do fantastic floors. We do not cut corners. Most days you are at the shop by 5:00AM and to the job by 6:00 AM. In the summer as things go much quicker w drying times you are often back to our shop by noon to 1:00 range. In the winter things generally take a bit longer but still generally done by 2 or 3:00. If this is something you would like to discuss please RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL with a little bit of info about you such as experience and how long you have been doing this. We will not throw you under the bus to your current employer by calling them but we must know a little about you which is why we asked you to tell us a little about you. If this is possibly for you lets talk. We have fantastic equipment, we are always upgrading our vehicles, we use fantastic materials, we give you all the tools needed to succeed. We simply want / need 2 detail oriented fantastic installers. If you do not know all the ins and outs of installing a floor and or doing a repair and or you choose to cut corners we are then NOT for you so please do not respond. FYI, we do 99% garage floors and airplane hangars only. We do almost no commercial jobs and you are home in your bed each night. We do many jobs in the summer up in Flag, Prescott, Show Low etc. A break from the heat once in awhile is nice.
