Position Summary:
The Field Service Manager oversees and performs on-site flooring repairs, quality inspections, and escalated customer service resolutions across Arizona, ensuring projects meet company standards and exceed customer expectations. This role requires some travel throughout the state to customer sites, those areas being Tucson, Prescott, Flagstaff and the Lake Havasu area, as needed. 70% of your time will be here in the Phoenix metro area, and 30% on the road out of town where you will be addressing escalated issues, and supporting installation teams to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site repairs, or oversee installers performing on-site repairs. Inspections regarding install concerns, and customer walkthroughs for residential flooring installation projects.
Reports directly to our Director of Operations.
Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and timely resolution.
Assist with installer coaching and training on proper subfloor prep and installation methods.
Document service visits, repairs performed, and customer interactions accurately.
Communicate with office staff, sales teams, and customers to align on resolutions.
Travel occasionally throughout Arizona to support customer needs, with occasional overnight stays as required.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in flooring installation, service, or related field. You MUST be very well versed in Tile installations, Vinyl plank, laminate and wood.
You will need a strong general knowledge of carpet installations as well.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, especially in handling escalated issues.
Ability to travel throughout Arizona when needed, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple customers
efficiently.
Knowledge of flooring products and repair techniques preferred.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, crews, and office staff.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
