Extrusion Machine Operator Needed ASAP
Location: West Valley (I - 17 and Peoria Ave area)
Full Time - Temp to Perm position
Hours: Monday - Friday (6am- 3pm, 7am - 4pm)
Pay: $18 - $24 per hour
Description: Plastic/Foam Extrusion Background or skilled Machine Operator that is Mechanically Inclined
Level 1 Operator: · Safely Start up Machine · Dial in machine to run sheet specifications. · Safely shut down machine · Maintain product specifications throughout run. · Keep workspace clean/swept. · Collect and manage scrap material. · Correctly label and pack corresponding products · Double check product labels · Filling out run sheets 100% accurately. · Check to make sure all doors are locked by end of day.
OR
Level 2 Operator: Level One Experience Plus -· Trouble shoot quality issues and adjust accordingly with minimal assistance. · Diagnosing machine errors and issues with minimal assistance · Understand when problems are to be brought to high level operator. · Routine basic maintenance on machine · Checking product specifications against product drawings and noted run sheets. · Ability to Run non routine profiles with minimal assistance
