Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Window, Door, and Glass Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing windows, doors, and various glass products in luxury residential and high-end commercial settings. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and install windows, doors, and glass products according to specifications.

Remove old windows, doors, and glass and prepare surfaces for new installations.

Ensure installations are weather-tight and properly sealed.

Follow blueprints, work orders, or instructions from supervisors.

Use hand and power tools to install frames, glass, and hardware.

Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Transport materials to and from job sites safely.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Window, Door, and Glass Installer or similar role.

Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and installing various types of glass, windows, and doors.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good physical condition and stamina.

Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation:

Pay rate: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
