Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heavy Equipment Operator at Allstate Utility Construction, LLC located in Queen Creek, AZ. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as equipment maintenance, equipment operation, excavation, and handling heavy equipment. The role requires working on-site and operating heavy machinery, such as Case & CAT excavators and backhoe loaders, to support the company's underground utility services.

Monday - Friday start time 5:00 AM
40+ hours a week with opportunities for overtime
Qualifications
Equipment Maintenance and Operation skills
Experience in excavation and handling heavy equipment
Knowledge of CASE & CAT equipment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a team and follow safety guidelines
Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Experience reading APS and SRP plans preferred but not required
Must be able to pass a drug test
