We are currently looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Prefabrication Technician/Driver.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Entry-Level Prefabrication Technician/Driver to assist with the assembly of prefabricated components and ensure the timely and safe delivery of materials to various job sites. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys hands-on work, and has a passion for the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and production of prefabricated components according to specifications.

Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Load, transport, and unload materials and prefabricated components to and from job sites.

Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable and punctual.

Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or prefabrication is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with GPS and route planning.
