Job Summary: The Customer Service Manager will oversee the customer service department, ensuring excellent customer experiences and satisfaction. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating with the installation team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about services and resolving issues promptly.

Team Management: Supervise and train customer service representatives, ensuring they provide high-quality service and adhere to company policies.

Scheduling: Coordinate with the installation team to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of projects.

Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance: Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics and present findings to senior management.

Policy Development: Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education: Previous Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in customer service software.
