Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Rough Carpenter and Drywall Installer to install Install and assemble modular residential homes. All work is done inside an A/C cooled facility.

Drywall Installers

Your primary responsibilities will include installing and finishing drywall. This will involve utilizing various tools such as hammers, drills, wire cutters, multimeters, and voltage testers. You'll need to measure, cut, and install drywall sheets, apply joint compound to seams and joints to create seamless surfaces, sand surfaces to achieve a smooth finish, and repair any damaged sections of drywall. A major part of your role will be to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

22/hr - 26/hr

Hard Skills

3 years experience in drywall installation and finishing

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools

Ability to read tape measure

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Rough Carpenters

We are seeking a skilled Rough Carpenter. Your primary responsibilities will include framing out flooring, walls, ceilings, and roofs for modular residential homes. You will measure and cut various types of lumber, install hardware such as hangers, bolts, nails, fasteners, etc., install floor joists, subfloors, and ceiling joists, and install ladders, head outs, and insulation.

Pay

22/hr to 24/hr

Hard Skills

1-3 years experience as a rough carpenter/framer

Ability to read tape measure

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in East Mesa, Arizona near Mesa Gateway Airport

Work Environment

You will work in an indoor climate-controlled facility building modular residential homes. The work schedule consists of 4 10-hour shifts, from 5am-330pm, with a 30-minute lunch and two 10-minute breaks. You will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including a hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, and gloves.
