We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Responsibilities
-Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
-Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
-Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking shipments.
-Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including shipping and receiving documentation.
-Conduct routine inspections of delivery vehicles for safety and maintenance purposes.
-Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient shipping and receiving processes.
-Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company policies regarding materials handling.
Skills
-Proficiency in inventory management practices.
-Experience operating reach trucks and forklifts is preferred.
-Experience in driving a box truck
-Knowledge of OSHA standards related to transportation and materials handling.
-Ability to effectively load, unload, and organize stock in delivery vehicles.
-Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse environment.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting.
