EagleCrest SouthWest LLC is seeking a seasoned commercial painter to join our team!
About us: Our industrial storefront-shop is centrally located by the Airport. We are organized, with well established protocols, experienced leadership, safety programs and we maintain a professional image. We are told often, that we outperform many of our industry business peers and with better quality therefore we do pay a bit higher. Most of our projects are Phoenix-Metro based with a very occasional short trips out of town, all expenses paid. We are anticipating contracts on 2 large projects here in the near future and we are getting ahead on the hiring.
The job:
-pay to be discussed @ interview ($26.00 HR Journeyman before assessment period of 2 weeks)
-full time
-weekly payroll (ACH to bank, W2)
-OT always paid @ 1.5
-safety bonus (quarterly)
-vehicles & fuel card (reserved for Foremen, at management discretion)
-training and opportunity (structured compensation)

You must be proficient in:
-basic prep
-brush and roll
-mask and spray
-listening and communication skills
-please have a basic "painters grip" of hand tools
