We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction. We've found that experience in the HVAC, Framing, or Electrical trades translates very well to what we do, but it's not necessary.
This role requires attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while working in a dynamic team with high expectations.

OVERVIEW
We are a manufacturer and installer of our own line of extruded aluminum pergolas. Our specialty is louvered roof luxury pergolas. That means our clientele is usually high-end and expects professional, courteous installers who deliver clean and quality end-results.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
-Assemble pre-fabricated pergolas (the main gig)
-Trench and excavate footings (also super important)
-Run conduit with basic PVC fittings
-Mix and pour concrete
-Cut metal
-Touch-up paint
-Load and tie down cargo
-Prep and clean jobsites
-General labor and construction aptitude and awareness
Qualifications:
-Experience is desired but not necessary if you are dynamic and confident that you can learn quickly and prove your capabilities
-Ability to speak English clearly
-Situational awareness - the ability understand needs and respond well
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Clean background check (or a good explanation as to why it's not)
-NO Addictions to controlled substances
