MUST:
Honor OSHA requirements
Have good transportation to job sites valley wide
Be ok with residential and commercial work
Be very comfortable with ladders and lifts
Be under 190lbs to not break roof tiles
Be ok to work with hard hat/harness tool belt
Do some heavy lifting
Tolerate direct sun and heat in summer
Understand, this is specialized work on roofs, not solar install or roofing
WHEN RESPONDING:
1. Make it VERY clear, in writing, that you "fully" understand and "meet all the standards shared".
2. Provide a good start date.
3. Provide a proposed weekly schedule you are most comfortable with.
4. Share any physical or schedule limitations.
5. Provide a good text number you can be reached
