Looking for a specific on camera, female co-host for a video podcast with worldwide distribution. Ranging from 35-55 years in age and must have an on camera presence that is engaging and entertaining. She will collaborate on air with main host for one hour podcast sessions. Additionally the podcast will have video clips and shorts that will be distributed through multiple social media outlet channels. Applicant must be, bubbly, outgoing, and have a great personality with a taste for style and class. Basic social knowledge, expressive personality and great communications skills are a must. Subjects regarding marriage, divorce, dating, children, work, life, love and relationships will be the main themes of this podcast. Must also be able to have conversational and debating skills for podcast entertainment purposes. Multiple, vast and unique life experiences are a plus.

We will be filming twice monthly for 6 hours (multiple episodes) where you will be interacting with the shows host, guests and online callers. If this sounds like something that you not only would be good at, but would love to apply for, we are looking for you!

Work collaboratively with the podcast team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create chemistry and build relationship with host and potential guests
Assist with social media marketing and management for development in growing the podcast audience.
Assist with recruitment of show ideas, concepts and guests to feature on the podcast.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple episodes and projects simultaneously.
Required & Preferred:
Preferred Age 35-50
A willingness to be coached to develop a unique voice for the podcast
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Willingness to participate in advertiser “host-read” recording sessions on a recurring basis
Experience in broadcast/podcasting is welcome but not necessary
