Position Details:
Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 9 am-5 pm (Work from home on Sundays)
Job Description:
As a Bilingual Technical Support person, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound/outbound calls related to our products.
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting, questions, and delivery inquiries.
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers, managing queries, replacement parts, and generator-related issues over the phone.
- Maintaining a minimum 95% answering rate.
- Utilizing your mechanical and/or electrical experience to help fix equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Previous call center experience (Preferred)
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens.
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Electrical/Mechanical experience
