NetSuite AdministratorOur client is a trusted company looking for team members that are positive, organized, self-starters, and ready for an opportunity. They are looking for an exceptional individual to perform the role of NetSuite Administrator. This would be a full-time position in a unique, friendly, and fast-paced environment.

LOCATION: Can live in any of 5 cities and work in a hybrid (2-3 days per week) environment. Cities include: Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Reno or Realto, CA.

PAY: Target pay for this role is between $125,000 and $150,000 per year but may vary based on experience

ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • This is an experienced NetSuite Administrator

Key areas of responsibilitySME (subject matter expert) for NetSuite system administration and development. Works with the accounting department for all details needed to support and maintain the ERP NetSuite. Some specifics would be:
  • Facilitate business process discussions – results should be key decisions documented and will be used as input for ERP configuration, workflow, etc.
  • Manage deliverables due and develop needed processes and changes with the accounting department
  • Function as the Change Agent for NetSuite within the accounting department and other impacted areas
  • Oversee training including managing and updating SOPs, hold web meetings and trouble-shoot problems as they arise.
  • Main NetSuite support contact for the company
  • Be project manager on all new development including customized upgrades and third-party APPs like inventory management and commission calculation software
  • This is an opportunity to work alongside the Controller and own the NetSuite process entirely. You will be able to develop process, and be a project manager on all new development including customized upgrades and 3rd part apps.

ROLE IN A NUTSHELL: There is someone currently doing the work part time (15-20 hours). They have been there for several years, and is looking to retire in 6 months. This person will work full time alongside until they leave and then take over on their own. They will build and set up process, fine tune and administer the system. This person will be the SME (subject matter expert) for NetSuite system administration and development. Works with the accounting department for all details needed to support and maintain the ERP NetSuite. They are currently merging three systems into NetSuite.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • 5+ years of experience in NetSuite Administration required
  • BS in Computer Science field or a combination IT and accounting with related experience and education
  • Work related experience in NetSuite administration, with on-hands experience with process flows and day to day procedures
  • Cross functional knowledge with Master data and Sales Order Processing are a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels in the companyincluding the ability to present and articulate complex solutions to senior management
  • NetSuite report creation and Saved Search expertise
  • Workflow maintenance and creation
  • A working familiarity of NetSuite scripting
  • Point of contact, liaison with third party developers and NS tech support.
  • Experience with NetSuite supply chain and manufacturing
