A client of ours, OnTrac, is looking to add to their IT Support team in their Tempe, AZ office. The role is a contract position until the end of the year with potential to get extended into 2025. This role will be supporting internal users for software and hardware related issues. It will consist of supporting users through tickets and scheduling times to troubleshoot the issues over the phone. The role has some remote flexibility and will be Monday-Friday. There are two shifts open, 6am-2pm and 11am-7pm.
