PT shared room for (3 1/2 days) a month for $500 or first come first serve for FT room for $1000 a month. Includes sink with small cabinet and some decor if needed. (open to modifications if needed upon approval of owner. This room will be shared with another practitioner if rented PT.) Looking for someone who has the means to build a clientele base, financially able to cover a 6 month lease and or has an existing clientele base. A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $100 IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE ROOM. 6 month lease upon signing.
