We are seeking candidates that are professional,enthusiastic, and motivated with excellent communication skills, with a desire to growinto Leadership Providers as the spa develops and cultivates in a larger, busier, moresuccessful location. WE ARE EXTREMELY BUSY and LOCATED JUST 10-15 MINUTES NORTH OF THEI-17/101 INTERSECTION - a simple commute and just 1 mile off the I-17.
$600 SIGN ON BONUS FOR LMT'S WITH EVENING AND SUNDAY AVAILABILITY Competitive Salary with unlimited commission earnings(must mention bonus at time of interview, certain requirements must be met in order to qualify.)

Therapist requirements:
1 Customer service oriented
2 Ability to perform Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone
3 Ability to educate clients on advanced treatment options
4 Skilled, knowledgeable and experienced in hospitality or customer service
5 Leadership Oriented

Job Responsibilities:
● Design specific treatment plans based on the client's individual needs.
● Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly andhelpful attitude.
● Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
● Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and commonareas.
