Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Full-Time Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the skills to deliver high-quality haircuts in a fast-paced, fun environment. Additionally, this role will involve managing our social media presence to engage with our community and promote our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide haircuts and styling services for children of all ages.
- Ensure a fun and welcoming atmosphere for both children and parents.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive experience for our young clients.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including creating and posting content, engaging with followers, and responding to messages and reviews.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
- Must enjoy spending time with kids and creating a positive experience for them.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience cutting children’s hair.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Management experience is a bonus and will be highly regarded.
- Social media marketing experience, including content creation and engagement strategies.
- Must hold a valid cosmetology license in Arizona.
