As a contractor, they will need to drive their own vehicle. Tentatively will be 70% onsite/30 remote/fixed office location and will adjust as they mature the process.Assist vendor with

implementation, training ( train the trainer) and problem resolution for

Genesys Contact Center software application. Integrate with

vendor and internal groups.
