Sales Representative and Lead Generator

$19.00 per hour and 20 hours per week to start. More hours may be given to candidates after one month based on performance. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00AM - 3:00PM, and Fridays from 9:00AM - 2:00PM. Lunch Break is optional - 11:45AM - 12:30PM. Pay increases to $20.00 per hour after 6 months with the company. Commissions are on a sliding scale and start at 10 percent of gross profit and escalate up. You'll have a 3 day weekend every week. You'll be paid weekly every Friday, and commissions are paid twice per month.
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate sales for Toner and Ink, Printers, Fusers, Maintenance Kits. Hospitality Televisions, IT supplies, etc Generate sales for yourself and the company. You'll be paid commissions on all repeat business. Once you make the sale, the customer is yours for life.

- Business to Business Calls to Auto Dealerships, Hotels, Dentist Offices, Health Clinics
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to customers
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in making Cold Calls sales, preferably in technology or software sales
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is a plus
- Ability to manage CRM and manage call backs and reorders
