We are currently seeking a highly qualified Sales and Business Development Manager (Inside and Outside Sales) for our Phoenix Office (near the I-17 & Northern Ave)
GENERAL DUTIES:
Account walk-throughs with potential clients
Telemarketing/Appointment Setting
Presenting bids to potential clients
Calculating and closing bids
Cold Calling - B2B
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at least 2 years in Sales and B2B tele-sales experience
Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Google email, and Internet
Organized and Professional (verbal and oral)
Must have Reliable Transportation
SCHEDULE/HOURS:
Full-Time
Monday-Friday
8:30am - 5:00pm
PAY STRUCTURE:
Base Salary: $48,000 - $55,000 per year (DOE)
Commissions: 30% - 35% on closed bids
Mileage (Gas) Allowance: $4,800 per year
Quarterly Quota Bonus: $3,200 per year
