Position Overview

As our Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our dealership's success. You'll lead a dynamic sales team, oversee daily operations, and contribute to our growth. Qualifications

Sales Management Experience: You've successfully led a sales team, motivating and guiding them to achieve targets.

Automotive Finance Knowledge: Understanding of financing options, credit applications, and related processes.

Dealertrack or Similar Systems: Familiarity with dealer management software (DMS) such as Dealertrack or equivalent.

Subprime Lenders: Experience working with subprime lenders and structuring deals for diverse credit profiles.

Attention to Detail: You catch the small things that matter—whether it's paperwork accuracy or customer needs.

Deal-Closing Skills: You know how to close deals effectively and efficiently.

Customer-Facing Demeanor: Your friendly, professional approach builds trust with customers.

Responsibilities

Manage the sales team, set goals, and monitor performance.

Work closely with finance and insurance (F&I) to ensure seamless transactions.

Utilize dealer management software for inventory management, pricing, and reporting.

Cultivate relationships with subprime lenders to expand financing options.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Collaborate with other departments (service, marketing, etc.) to enhance overall dealership performance.
