What You'll Do:
- Lead Sales Initiatives: Spearhead our efforts to boost membership sales, manage a robust sales funnel, and enhance member retention strategies.
- Empower Teams: Oversee our dedicated front desk and sales teams, fostering an environment that encourages excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Engage and Grow: Utilize your proven B2C sales experience to exceed targets, leveraging strategies from lead generation to social media campaigns.
- Community Connection: Be at the forefront of community engagement through events and partnerships, enhancing our visibility and impact.
What We're Looking For:
- A seasoned professional with 3-5+ years in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, holding a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- A leader with a high 'D' (Dominance) and 'I' (Influence) DISC profile, capable of driving results and building strong relationships.
- Someone with a track record of success in sales, excellent team management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
