Position: Sales, Customer Service, and Install Team Member

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team at Truck Access Plus. As a Sales, Customer Service, and Install Team Member, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their truck accessory needs, providing excellent service throughout their purchasing journey, and ensuring the seamless installation of products.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting the right truck accessories based on their needs and preferences.

Provide product recommendations, answer inquiries, and offer expert advice on installation and maintenance.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.

Coordinate with the installation team to schedule and complete installations in a timely manner.

Perform installations of truck accessories with precision and attention to detail.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the showroom and installation bay.

Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or installation preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of truck accessories and automotive mechanics is a plus.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
