- Follow a Pre-Set & on call appointment schedule!
- Conduct in-home sales presentations to showcase our products/services and explain their benefits.
- Understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close sales, striving to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in an in-home sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations and handle objections effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills, including working with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
