About Us:

I run a growing business that buys and sells vacant land in Arizona. We’re looking for a motivated part-time Sales and Marketing Assistant to help market our properties on social media, follow up with leads, and assist with closing sales.

Compensation:

>Uncapped commissions based on closed deals – commissions create a stream of passive income as deals close, allowing you to earn for work you’ve already completed!

>A $200 training stipend is provided during the first 30 days to help you ramp up while you learn the role.

>This role pays 20% commissions on all down payments and monthly payments collected. For example, after just 3 sales at $199/month, that would translate to $120/month in passive income, not including down payments collected.

What You’ll Do:

Social Media Marketing:

>Create and publish property listings on Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist twice per week (or more often when new inventory arrives).

>Respond to incoming inquiries promptly using FollowUpBoss (CRM).

>Engage with leads tagged as interested in FollowUpBoss and follow up regularly.

>Training and templates will be provided to ensure high-quality posts and communications.

Sales Responsibilities:

>Use provided negotiation guidance to close deals with buyers.

>Notify me if assistance is needed to finalize a deal.

>Collect and pass along essential buyer details (name, email, phone number, and address) to the marketing team for contract preparation.

>Follow up with leads daily to maintain consistent communication and engagement.

Other Responsibilities:

>Submit a daily email, in bullet-point format, summarizing what you accomplished each day.

>Location Requirement: Applicants must be based in Arizona.

>A background in sales is required.

>A proactive self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant supervision.

>Someone hungry for success, who makes calls and follows up quickly with buyers.

>Strong ability to ask intelligent, probing questions to solve buyer problems and close deals.

>Team player with the ability to figure things out independently.

>Proficient in basic software, social media platforms, and internet tools, including ChatGPT for creating polished and professional content.
