The Phoenix New Times is a leading provider of multimedia marketing with our V Digital Services agency, one of the fastest-rising digital marketing agencies in the country. To continue to grow advertising revenue, we are seeking a smart, creative, highly ambitious multimedia sales consultant to join our team.

This multimedia sales consultant will drive advertising revenue by selling a broad range digital advertising solutions - including SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Social Media, Streaming TV, Programmatic, Device ID, YoutubeTV, and Website Development. Responsibilities will include completing outbound sales calls (ie. Zooms), emails, and messages to current clients, as well as generating leads by reaching out to potential prospects.

The ideal candidate has confidence in cold calling & prospecting, a strong ability to identify customer needs and present a customized solution, and has a proven ability to negotiate and close deals with a high level of success. We pride ourselves on leading the industry in ad performance, technology, and, most of all, customer results. We continue to improve, create opportunities, and launch new products and initiatives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

-Skilled in consultative selling

-Outgoing and personable demeanor

-Ability to listen, discern, and identify needs

-Experience in sales or a similar field

-Highly motivated and results-oriented

-Ability to self-generate leads and consistently follow up on leads

-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

-Strong customer service and communication skills

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to learn AI

-2 years+ Digital, Radio, Cable, Print, or Media advertising sales experience preferred

-Candidates must have reliable transportation and must pass a background check.

-Competitive salary with uncapped commissions, additional bonus incentives, and career growth opportunities. First-year account executives will earn a minimum of $75,000-$95,000 (more if you have digital experience).
