I spent almost 20 yrs in the corporate world. I left because I didn’t want to work for the man anymore in an office. I wanted independence. And maybe you do too?

We specialize in outdoor living for hospitality and resorts, residential living and working with home builders, developers and realtors to help create memorable, meaningful memories for our clients.
We focus on saving water with replacing real grass with Artificial Turf and making an impact with hardscapes, pergolas, lighting, shrubs, wpc slat walls, block walls, and pool landscapes. We are one of the fastest growing outdoor living spaces company in Arizona and will expand across the country.
We spend over 120k a yr on marketing and I am really in need of 3-5 stellar sales professionals to help us grow to the next level. No outdoor construction experience necessary. We hire on personality, professionalism and pursuit of $.
We have more leads than we can currently handle and are growing very rapidly.

I don’t care about your education. If you fit the right personality. The right clean cut look. Consider yourself a sales closer. And teachable. Have a clean relatively newer car or truck for driving around the valley and interfacing with 10-20 clients a week.

Pay is $300-500 per week depending on experience. And right person much more after trial.
Additionally an aggressive commission plan per closed client.
Possible income realistically is 80k-150k first yr. And that’s being conservative. No exaggeration.
Must be proficient in any kind of Crm. Have a smart phone and a computer. Dont call if you don’t have those 3, please. No telecommuting. This is an outside Sales position. We will train. No experience in this construction industry necessary. Bilingual preferred.
