Environment Control is a nation-wide commercial building cleaning company with over 60 years experience nationally and over 40 years in serving the Phoenix/Maricopa County Area.
We are currently seeking an Appointment Setters/Inside Sales Representative for our Phoenix Office (near the I-17 & Northern Ave)
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB - MUST REPORT TO OUR PHX OFFICE DAILY
GENERAL DUTIES:
Heavy phone work
Data tracking using company CRM
Admin support for the Sales Manager
Business to Business (B2B) calls and emails
Effective communication with potential clients
Setting appointments for the Sales Manager to visit
REQUIREMENTS:
Organized and Professional
Computer Skills: MS Word, Email, Internet, and CRM Database
Must have at least 1 year in sales with B2B tele-sales experience
SCHEDULE/HOURS:
20 to 24 hours per week
30 min unpaid break/lunch
Monday-Thursday: 10:00am-3:00pm & Fri: 10:00am-2:00pm
PAY STRUCTURE:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
$20.00 bonus for each appt set
$200.00 bonus for 20 appts per month
