Job Description:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative at Trim Landscaping, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales by engaging directly with potential customers in their neighborhoods. You will introduce our range of landscaping services, including lawn maintenance, garden design, and hardscaping, and educate customers on the benefits of choosing Trim Landscaping for their outdoor needs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners in designated neighborhoods.
Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers.
Educate customers on Trim Landscaping's services and value proposition.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate landscaping solutions.
Close sales and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation:
This position is commission-only, offering competitive commission rates on sales. The more you sell, the more you earn! There is no cap on earning potential.
