We are looking to add a Comfort Advisor to our Team! If you have experience with selling HVAC Systems.
As a Comfort Advisor, you will be the face of our company, interacting with homeowners to identify their comfort needs and offering tailored HVAC solutions. This role involves significant customer engagement, both in person and over the phone, with a focus on outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct several outbound calls daily to homeowners who have expressed interest in HVAC services.
Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients to understand their home comfort needs.
Provide expert consultation on HVAC products and services, offering customized solutions.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions.
Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals based on the client’s needs.
Close sales by explaining benefits and overcoming any objections or concerns.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales opportunities in our CRM system.
Work closely with service technicians to ensure smooth and efficient project handoffs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in HVAC sales or a related field.
Experience making several outbound calls daily and the ability to connect with homeowners through phone outreach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
Results-oriented with the ability to close sales and meet targets.
Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
