Business Sales/Telemarketing/Fundraising/Collections Experience+ but willing to train motivated individuals. If you have worked at Digital Fairways or MDS and worked there at least 1 year we want to interview you because you can be successful here!
The Details (because we don't want to waste your time or ours):
$15 an hour plus an uncapped tiered commission structure. BI-WEEKLY PAY
THIS IS NOT A WORK FROM HOME POSITION! You MUST be able to pass a background check with no violent, sexual, fraud or theft offenses as we work on behalf of police organizations. Everything else considered.
8am-2pm Mon-Thursday and Friday 9-12Part Time Hours Full Time Pay once you get commission.
It takes most people some time to get commission (about a 1-2 months) and we have a low turnover rate for those that make it out of training.
We have a lot of applicants who have the right experience and talk a big game about how they're great closers but they often quit because they can't handle the grind. They're all talk and not able to back it up with results. It's a 6 hour shift and you're making 250 cold calls to businesses. You'll be hung up on, you'll be told no, you'll hear all the excuses, but you keep up the grind, follow the script, and it will pay off. We can train you how to do what we do but we can't train work ethic. Either you have that or you don't but if you you don't then this isn't the job for you.
Opportunity for more hours if desired once out of training as long as you're getting results. Casual Dress/Work Environment. Work independently, No auto-dialer, no micromanaging, on-site training and support provided. Established Company not a biz op or selling bogus products/services.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a customer service or collections position. It’s fundraising so you must be comfortable asking people for money to support their local community benefiting underprivileged youth. It requires you to be assertive, bold, and charismatic. If you can’t keep control of the call, this is not the position for you.
