TEMPE AND SCOTTSDALE FULL-TIME SALES TEAM MEMBER- Must be able to travel to both locations
Pay Range : $50,000 to $60,000 (Full Time) or MUCH MORE depending on sales results at your store (no commission caps) and how many hours you work.
Your week will be split between these 2 locations. Must be able to work both locations.

We are seeking an experienced salesperson with high energy and who enjoys the challenge of closing the sale. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with our customers to educate them about our products, determine their needs and desires and help them design their ultimate game room. Must possess a positive can-do attitude, be detail oriented with a focus on customer service and have the ability and desire to learn our vast product line.
Essential Functions:
-SELL SELL SELL SELL
-Open / Close the store
-Greet customers as they walk in the door or on the phone
-Meets/exceeds monthly and annual sales goals for the store
-Full sales cycle for all of your store’s customers (presentation, close, payment, scheduling, and follow-up after delivery)
-Provide the best possible customer experience
-Assist other store sales associates close deals when appropriate and necessary
-Ensures visual presentation of the store meets or exceeds company standards
-Track and follow up with customers via our CRM tool
Requirements:
-2 years of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment or similar, preferably in the furniture industry preferred
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Computer Proficiency
-Able to drive to Tempe and Scottsdale locations
Expected Hours of Work:
-20- 40 hours per week as a part of a standard retail schedule 10-6 M-Sat and Closed Sun, weekends, and holidays. -Extra hours may also be necessary at times.

Pay range depends on the success of your store. We do not have a commission cap, so the more YOU sell, the more money YOU make.
