```Duties:```
- Work with our growing base of Spanish-speaking clientele
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits to customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
```Requirements:```
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in dealership sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and trade-in values
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proven track record of success in retail sales or a similar role
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Sales support experience, including lead generation and follow-up
- Knowledge of sales techniques is beneficial
